Neptune Pacific announces appointment of Martin Henry as General Manager Technical and Marine

Neptune Pacific is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Henry as General Manager Technical and Marine, effective 12 October. He will be based in the Singapore head office.

Martin brings more than 40 years of international maritime experience across ship management, fleet operations, and technical leadership in Europe and Asia. He joins Neptune Pacific from Taylor Maritime, where he was Chief Technical Officer.

Previously, Martin was Chief Executive Officer of Tamar Ship Management, where he helped grow the fleet under management from 17 to 45 vessels and later led its integration with Grindrod Ship Management. He has also held senior technical roles with Carisbrooke Shipping and CMA CGM, with responsibility for large global fleets, newbuild programmes, and technical performance.

A Class 1 Chief Engineer, Chartered Engineer, Chartered Marine Engineer and Fellow of IMarEST, Martin has extensive experience at sea and ashore across fleet management, marine operations, safety and vessel performance
In his new role, Martin will lead technical and marine management across Neptune Pacific’s fleet, with responsibility for fleet performance, safety, compliance and operational standards.
